The key is never included in the site ZIP. Set A1_OWNER_SETUP_KEY as a secret in Cloudflare, deploy, then activate here. Remove the key from Cloudflare after activation.

Contractors by skill category
Each contractor appears in every category they offer. The approved column counts approved accounts with non-expired credential dates, but does not replace document verification.
OWNER-ONLY ONBOARDING
Contractor Onboarding
Choose owner-assisted phone onboarding or share the contractor application link. Both methods require owner approval.
For phone interviews, enter what you know, save the application, and privately share the review link. The contractor completes missing details and sets a password. Email delivery is not connected.
Private contractor application review link
Copy and privately give this link to the contractor. It expires in 14 days and can be used once.
No email was sent. The contractor reviews and corrects the information, confirms it, then creates a password. No email verification is performed.
CONTRACTOR DIRECTORY CONTROL

Review credentials and owner-uploaded insurance certificates before approving eligibility.
Only approved businesses with current required credential dates appear in the homeowner directory. Approval is not proof of a background or credit check. Background and credit screening are not yet connected.
OWNER CONTROLLED OPERATOR
Sofia Bennett — Operator Access
Sofia can run safe tests or limited, audited account operations. TG controls whether account operations are enabled.
Account operations
OFF by default. When enabled, Sofia can invite new customers and contractors, read limited account details, and update approved profile fields. Only TG can approve contractors, suspend accounts, or access private identity documents.
